Introduction to black and white film processing


  In this laboratory course you will learn everything that is necessary to be able to develop black and white films independently afterwards.






Course contents:


  • Market overview and differences between available film types
  • Choosing the right film for every occasion
  • Choosing the right developer
  • Development of an own film
  • Consulting for film development in the home laboratory
  • Creating an analog contact print

Incl. photochemistry, negative sleeves

Please bring an exposed black and white film (no Ilford XP2 or Kodak BW 400CN !) to the workshop.


Duration: approx. 4 hours

Level: Beginners


There are two options for booking:


Option 1: Individual course for 1 or 2 people

You can register as a single participant, or in a group of maximum 2 people and share the course price among yourselves.
The course date can be arranged individually for this purpose.

Alternatively, you can book a single place in an open group course.
These courses are held regularly on pre-arranged dates, provided that there are two registrations.
